Eva Longoria brought a sophisticated and fun twist to traditional fall fashion on the go this week.
On Monday, the Desperate Housewives star took to Instagram and shared a new post in which she strutted off in a scruffy black mini dress. Designed by Charlene E. Roxborough Konsker, the Longoria long sleeve turtleneck sweater features a distressed frayed hem at the back. Her attire was completed with oversized black sunglasses and a power pose — plus Kurt Geiger’s whimsical rainbow-striped $195 Velvet Mini Kensington handbag.
Longoria’s soft Kensington is Geiger’s latest take on adding a fun pop of color to her outfit; The flap style comes in a range of sizes and finishes, with the rainbow striped iteration seen in crystal encrusted, puffy, metallic and faux fur versions.

The ‘Overboard’ star finished off her outfit with a pair of sleek boots from her ongoing collaboration with European retailer Eobuwie. Longoria’s style featured a above-the-knee silhouette, complete with stretchy black suede uppers. Stiletto heels measuring at least 4 inches in total height rounded off the pair and added a sharp finish to her attire. Similar boots are a versatile shoe that are ideal for the fall and winter months due to their layering ability and full coverage. Easiest to pair with any ensemble, stilettos and block heels with uppers in black, brown, or tan suede or leather have become seasonal releases of their popularity—as seen in new collections from Vince Camuto, Sam Edelman, and Dolce Vita.
However, that wasn’t Longoria’s only sharp shoe moment in recent weeks. In August, the star slipped into a pair of sultry black pumps with a blazer dress while arriving at the Citi Taste of Tennis event at the Cipriani in New York City.

Longoria is known for her monochromatic looks, especially workout sets with matching sneakers. The “Unplugging” star often wears matching separates like crop tops, sweatshirts and leggings from brands like Alo Yoga, Girlfriend Collective, Athleta and more. The styling hack is one of the most popular this year, creating streamlined outfits by using pieces in the same colors and prints.
Longoria is an avid sneaker collector who frequently shares photos and videos of her workouts at home on social media in shoes from Nike, New Balance, Asics and more. The actress, director and producer has added ‘designer’ to her resume with a trend-led footwear collection made in collaboration with European retailers Eobuwie and Modivo. For more formal occasions, however, Longoria prefers pointed pumps and elegant sandals from high-end brands such as Christian Louboutin, Victoria Beckham and Gianvito Rossi, among others.
