Santa Clara, Calif. – (Newsfile Corp. – September 20, 2022) – The first company to launch a commercial digital art canvas with NFT display directly from a user’s crypto wallet, Canvia, unveiled two new company advances.
First, Canvia announces the launch of its new 3D display support, allowing thousands of sculptors and 3D artists to join the Canvia platform. The new addition allows users to view and navigate 3D artwork and collectibles in all directions on their Canvia digital art frame.
The progressive developer of digital art platforms has also launched its new community development program for artists and content creators. The initiative intends to support leading artists, galleries and museums by making up to 15 devices available for free use during an exhibition.
“A number of museums, arts events, conferences and galleries have benefited from this program over the past year,” said Craig Gould, Head of Content and Partnerships at Canvia. “Our goal is to support the arts community so that they can freely express their creativity.”
Canvia uses proprietary image processing and built-in sensors that adapt curated art to a space’s visual environment and decor. Building on its continuous innovation in the arts and technology sectors, the company was the first in the industry to introduce many technical features, including realistic rendering of digital art using patented Artsense technology, protection against screen burn-in, which allows longer Art display supported, and remote control of art display.
With new advances, Canvia now enables users to overcome aspect ratio issues using remote zoom technology. Additional new updates implemented into the platform include a new privacy mode option for on-site image uploads. Canvia also supports the smart home and building ecosystem by integrating with virtual assistant technologies.
The Canvia Digital Art Canvas is available to art and photography lovers, smart home enthusiasts, museum and art gallery workers, and hotel managers and owners through a variety of retail channels worldwide, including the Canvia website, Amazon, and Wayfair. In addition to the one-time purchase, there is a premium content subscription where subscribers get access to art content from the company’s partners.
According to Rahul Ranjan, CEO of Canvia Platform and Devices, Canvia plans to continue leading innovation in the fast-growing arts and technology sector. The company has been granted art display patents and continues to build a patent portfolio for innovative solutions in image processing, visual experience and new use cases, including NFT.
“In the next five years, we want to establish digital art screens as one of the mainstream applications, which is very similar to smart TVs in homes, offices and hotels,” says Ranjan.
Canvia’s Art Sense Podcast is a weekly program that features in-depth discussions with thought leaders and trendsetters from the art world, including curators, collectors, critics, writers and artists. Listeners and critics agree that the podcast is one of the premier visual arts programs.
