Explore the main wine-growing regions, learn how to taste like a pro, and get tips and tricks on buying wine at a restaurant or shop. The lesson is on Saturday, 09/24 and tickets are $85.
With Oktoberfest celebrations in full swing, rooftop bar Hello Lawn on the Union market (1309 Fifth St., NE) hosts its annual Lawnoberfest party on Saturday 24.09. It will feature live music, grilled sausages, local beers and homemade pretzels.
A dinner together at the Brookland wine bar Primrose (3000 12th St., NO) offers a five-course menu by New Orleans chef Byron Bradley with pairings by sommelier Erica Christian Monday, 09/26.
